Atelier 33. Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

By booking or attending any class, session, or event at Atelier 33 (“the Studio”), you (“the Client”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms form a contract between you and Atelier 33 Limited, registered in England and Wales.

2. Health and Safety

Clients confirm they are in good physical condition and capable of participating in reformer Pilates. Any health concerns must be disclosed to the instructor before attending a session.

Clients with medical conditions (including pregnancy, high/low blood pressure, or cardiac issues) must consult a doctor before participating. It is the Clients responsibility to determine, through obtaining appropriate medical advice that they are fit and well to participate.

The Studio reserves the right to refuse access if, in its absolute discretion, it considers that participation may endanger the Client’s health or safety.

Clients who suffer an accident or injury on the Atelier 33 premises must report the accident or injury and the circumstances in which it occurred immediately following the accident or injury to a staff member at the studio or by email at info@atelier33pilates.co.uk.

Clients who are pregnant or immediately following pregnancy will be able to participate in the sessions, subject to advice or consent from their doctor. These Clients understand that their level of participation in sessions and which exercise to perform must be determined by themselves, in consultation with their physician, and that Atelier 33 teachers or staff are not responsible for the intensity of their participation. These Clients should stop all activity immediately if they feel any discomfort. Upon experiencing any discomfort at any time, either during or after class, the Client shall immediately contact their treating physician/GP/Midwife to inform him/her and seek advice.

3. Bookings and Payments

All classes must be booked in advance via the Studio’s website or app.

Payment is required at the time of booking. Bookings are only confirmed once payment is received.

Class passes and memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable except as required by law.

Classes are booked on a first-come, first-served basis. A Client may use the waitlist facility in the event a spot is not available in a session. If a Client joins the waitlist for a particular session and becomes automatically enrolled, their booking will be subject to the Terms and Conditions in the usual way.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations by the Client must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled class to avoid being charged.

Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the loss of the class credit or fee.

The Studio reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes at any time. In such cases, affected Clients will be credited one class credit.

5. Studio Etiquette

Clients must arrive 5-10 minutes before the class start time. Late arrivals may not be admitted.

Appropriate attire and grip socks are required for all classes.

Mobile phones must be silenced during sessions.

6. Liability Waiver

Participation in reformer Pilates is at the Client’s own risk. Atelier 33 will not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained on the premises, except where caused by negligence.

Clients are responsible for their own belongings while at the Studio. Atelier 33 does not accept liability for any loss or damage whatsoever to such items.

7. Data Protection

The Studio collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available on request.

Personal data will only be used for booking, communication, and health and safety purposes.

8. Changes to Terms

Atelier 33 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or the Studio’s website.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
